I have an issue with the left- and right-levels on the aux output, that go to my mixer. The right output is by far not as loud as the left one. The output mode is set to stereo. As far as I can see, there is no way to change the pan or balance between left and right. But what's the reason? All tests proved, that the fault is not the mixer setting, but the AmpliFire Aux-Outputs.

    That's an odd one.
    Have you checked your cables?
If you set the outputs to MONO are the output levels still different?
Do the MAIN 1/4" outputs have the same issue?

Yes, I checked the cables. If i swap them, the other channell in my mixer is the louder one. If I replace the cables with others, I have the same problem It's always one louder output.
If I set it to Mono, I get the same fault too. The main 1/4" outputs do not have that issue.

    1. Make a backup file of your presets and settings.

    Go to FILE-BACKUP.

Store that file somewhere you can easily find it.

    2. Go to FILE-UPDATE FIRMWARE.

This will simply reload the current firmware in to the unit.

This will sometimes fix issues like this.

    Did this help?

    If not:

    3. Download the SYSTEM RESTORE file from this page:

    https://atomicamps.com/atomic-amps-support/#ampli-firebox

    4. In the editor go to FILE-RESTORE and select the downloaded file.

This will load all factory presets and settings in to your unit.

    Did this help?

If so, go to FILE-RESTORE and select your personal backup file.

    Are things working normally now?

Tried it all, but it didn't work.
Are there jumpers or trimpots inside or any way to set the level manually?

No way to set the level manually.
I've not seen this kind of problem before.
The unit would have to come in for repair for us to look at it.
