    Hey guys!

Did anybody have the same problem of not being able to load IRs into AA? I choose the right format 48/200ms, changed the path, name etc and nothing... Its kinda frustrating not being able to load your favourite IR... Any solutions?

I remember OwnHammer had a directory structure, with IRs specifically made for Atomic, in the Atomic directory. Look there.

I tried and it works, but the files in the folder 44/200 (which is basically the same i`ve checked with OH) wont load... I have some IR packs without the Atomic folder, thats why im asking...

Send me one of the files that isn't working for you.
    jnuzback@atomicamps.com
This might be as simple as restarting both the computer and the AmpliFire
    and trying again.

How are you trying to load them? Are you in the cab block and selecting import from file? If that's what you're trying what happens? Can you see the files listed? Do you get an error message when you try to open one etc?

I try to load them in the Cabinets section as IRs. I get failed to import user cabinet.

I've never had the issue @NickK but others have resolved it by renaming the files previously. I can see you've already tried that so hopefully Jace will find something when he tries the file you sent over.

    It's a strange issue.
I was able to load the file in to my unit with no trouble at all.
He said he's tried multiple cables and computers as well.
The weird thing is that all of the other USB functions seem to work fine.
He can update firmware, import/export presets, etc.

Also, are you running a Mac or PC?

    Which version of the OS?

    10.13.6?

    Windows 10?

Dunno if its still an issue but windows sometimes didn't agree to loading in presets on a network (mapped) drive.
Copying files to a local drive (same as app is located??) resolved this for me.
