I have a new AA6 (sold my AA3) and am working on creating some extra presets.
The editor seems to be a lot slower than I was used to.
Selecting another block in a preset takes several seconds, sometimes up to 10 seconds.
If I select another preset, the sound changes (almost) immediately, but it takes again several seconds for the settings of the block to change.
If I want to select in the CAB block to select a user IR, it takes several seconds before the drop down list pops up.
This quickly gets annoying when you have a lot of editing to do (like copying block parameters from existing presets to new presets, which needs to be done one by one).

I cannot remember all this was the case with my AA3.
    Is this normal behavior ?

Must mention that I have another laptop now, but it is freshly installed and a lot more powerful than the previous one.

P.S. Impossible to create this post with Google Chrome, had to switch to Internet Explorer...

    That's certainly not normal.
Have you tried simply restarting both the device and the computer?
You might try deleting the current editor and downloading it again:

After you launch the downloaded editor go to FILE-UPDATE FIRMWARE.
    Let me know your results.

Hi Jace. Computer and device have been restarted countless times since I got the AA6 ;-)
I already had the latest editor, but downloaded it again anyway. Triggered the firmware upgrade and it started, but nothing actually happened as I upgraded the firmware right after I received the unit.
I did restore the last backup I made from my AA3, could this have somehting to do with it ?
    Any other suggestions ?

Try loading the factory backup System Restore file.
It can be downloaded from this page:
    https://atomicamps.com/atomic-amps-support/
You load it just like you loaded your AA3 backup file.
See if the lag is gone in the editor once you load it.

Sorry for not getting back sooner. Issue was two-fold apparently: my new laptop does not play nice with an external screen attached and the laptop screen inactive. There is a noticable lag in most applications. Do it on the laptop with screen attached or with both laptop screen and external screen active, it works fine. I also did a restore to factory presets.
It works fine now, don't know which of the two solved it...
