New customer!!

    Good afternoon, my first post here but excited to join the forum. I did heavy research on Youtubue, The Gear Page, even here on this forum, before deciding to contact Atomic about purchasing a product or two. I was unaware of the company -- which shocked me as I am a gear junky! Anyway, I contacted Atomic about some of the things I had read on this forum, and on the The Gear Page, with regard to deliveries and responses to support questions, and I sent a note both through atomic's support email, and Reverb.com.

    I have to tell you that I was contacted within roughly 2 hours, by both support, and a response through Reverb, my questions were answered, and both Jace and Tom mentioned there had been multiple issues they were dealing with on the supply chain side but they were working through them and could not have been more honest and to the point. Jace had provided links to answer my technical questions, and Tom walked me through the product line as well so I could get a better feel. It was refreshing to hear the honesty, and as a manager of an engineering group in the industrial electronics sector, the issues we are all facing right now with part shortages is a very real and trying "thing".

    Anyway, I'm looking forward to working with Atomic Amps moving forward and just wanted to post a favorable experience as a new prospective customer!
