No response from Atomic Support

    A week ago I emailed support about an issue with my Atomic CLR MkII wedge. I was playing it at low volume in my living room and suddenly the sound dropped out. After checking obvious possibilities like cables and sound sources etc. with no luck I then tried to shut down and re-start the unit but that didn't correct the situation after several restarts. I then cut it off for about 20 minutes and when I restarted the sound came back and was acting normally.

    I have read about similar situations like this and it seems it could be anything from a power supply to the power amp module. The biggest thing is I haven't received any response from the support team at Atomic. A day or so after the email I called them and left a message but neither has been returned.

    I'm hoping someone from support will read this and get back to me.......

    Sounds typical. I've contacted support multiple time for help with a useless speaker but heard nothing. Very dissapointed in this company.

    Has anyone succeeded in getting a response from an email support request? Ive tried several times over the months since Condor 2 came out, and have yet to receive a response regarding the instant crash issue I am seeing on both of my Condor 2 systems.
