may not be what atomic is aiming for but hey it's a wishlist
Why not? It's a common effect available on many units, so I believe it will be available in Amplifire too sooner or later.
Tom has said in the past it's on the to-do list.
Plus one for this request, 3 songs in my setlist that use octaver and 1 intelligent pitch (that I am prepared to live without) and I am currently having to look at £100 or more for an external pedal (second hand Pitchfork, Sub n Up or POG being likely candidates). It's not a massive part of my sound but occasionally handy so it's a pain to have to spend so much extra for it, in the meantime if anyone has any experience or recommendations for cheaper alternatives that would be cool .
+2 on this. I'd love to just run the AA12 live, as it is I have to also run a EHX Pitchfork- which is (don't get me wrong) a great pedal. I'm using it as a polyphonic pitch shifter (for songs that are tuned sharp or flat)
Love the pitchfork. There are times I like the pitch external so I can change presets and not have the -1 pitch change reset. Nothing like being a half step off everyone else
I also don't have a button to spare at the moment but for some gigs it would be handy. Stuff I use the PF for includes the usual -1 or -2 for singer issues, -12 to cover some bass parts, +12 and or -12 to fatten up some parts, whammy, auto gliss for a rap +24 thing and occasionally the detune thing. Probably a little more extensive the AA is looking to throw in there.
Great idea, definetely a must for such a great unit!
And another +1
+2, I'm schizo
