This is something cool, that I've had in my mind for a long time and finally I managed to finish it. :)

    Info:
    -Pedaltrain metro 16
    -Anker PowerCore 13000
    -Ionic Audio USB 9V Converter
    -Birdcord USB 9V Converter
    -Line6 HX Stomp
    -Atomic Amplifire-box
    -Disaster Area DMC.micro
    -Fractal Audio EV2

Fully battery powered pedalboard, that has about 5 hours of playtime, is very versatile and full of options... And sounds incredible.

    Very nice!

Don't remember if I asked this in the other thread (don't even remember if that thread was here or on TGP...) but is the AFB in the loop of the HX Stomp?

And I'm guessing the angled mini jack is for when you want to play with headphones on? That's an awesome idea!

    Thank you.
Yes, the AFB is connected in to the fx loop.

    Looks great!
What are you using the AFB/HXS for?

That's fantastic, really clever set up and some great creative ideas too for functionality and power. An ideal pack and play anywhere rig.

    Thanks Viden!
With AFB I can use more FX blocks in the HX Stomp when needed. AFB is my extra Drive+Amp+Cab Combo. I have a Friedman BE and HBE dialed in on the AFB at the moment and a clean amp + effects on the HX Stomp. So it's like a Three Channel amp + few pedals in one preset.

Also both units serve as a backup gear if needed. Two great modeler products in a footprint that small is a WIN!

I wish the looper and FX loop didn’t take up two blocks in the hx. That is what is holding me back from this exact same setup. I just finished setting up an Anker powercore to power my board as well. What a killer idea.

    Hi,

What's the advantage of Anker Powercore vs any other brand ? Having a battery powered pedalboard, is it clearly more noise-free ?

    Thanks !
