Thank you, and to everyone else too. Theres certainly a lot more online interactivity everywhere.
While we’re on the subject, has anyone any good experiences with online live jamming pc/mac?
Seems to be the way we will be connecting for the near future at least.

I hope everyone is and remains in good health!
Also interested in live online jamming.
Zero experience with this, but as it seems we will be in "lockdown light" in Belgium for the coming 4-? weeks this could indeed be the way to go.

Anyone ever tried jamming online ?
    What did you use ?

Bored to death, but otherwise doing good here. I am "essential services" so I can go to work, but am working mostly from home, and boy is it boring. My wife is a postmaster, so she has no choice but to have contact with tons of people daily, so "just in case" I'm trying to spend less time at my office.

I don't know how you guys who work from home do it. I'm BORED!!!! LOL I'm a people person and I can't stand not being around people. Now it's beautiful outside, and I was going to head to the lake this afternoon and fish for a while and my wife is telling me the state parks are shut down. What the heck???? I won't be within 100 yards of anyone if I go fishing.... Can't do that but I can stand in line at the grocery store???? Makes no sense.

Years ago we did it with skype but it didn't work well. ONly one "mic" at a time could be open, so we'd take turns talking and playing, but it wasn't like you could really jam together. I'm sure there's a real way to do it now. Haven't looked into it lately though.

Skype and fAcetime have an unusable LAg/latency. (For playing in sync)
A couple of been playing with are “sofasession” and “jamkazam”
The sofa session cant handle many users (think its still in beta) but when it works it was useable.
Jamkazam is a bit more established and my best experience, many months ago, was great with a band mate 20 miles away.
Jamming with international players adds more latency, as youd expect.
I wonder if the extra internet traffic and current high demand for online services of all kinds means online jamming suffers.
Could even be some bandwidth throttling to make sure everyone gets a fair share, i dunno....

Please share your experience on any good self-isolation tools, people.

Man, I'm doing so much better today. You'll never believe what happened to me yesterday. Jace called me just to cheer me up! I couldn't believe it. IT really made me feel special that he would call me. Does he call you guys just to see how you're doing?

And while we were on the phone he gave me some helpful tips to fix a little problem I had with my AA12, and now it's back on track.

So needless to say, it worked! I've been happy all day today!

(So seriously, big thanks to our friend Jace!!! I really appreciate your help!!!)
