I sent my AA12 in for repair

    I suffered a power surge that took out my AA12 so I got an RMA and shipped it in for (non-warranty) repair a couple of weeks ago.
    I got no confirmation that it was even received and a follow up email to support has not been answered.
    Should I be concerned? Does anyone know the average turn around or what to expect?

    Please reply if you receive it so I know your getting my E-mails.
    Check your junk mail just incase.

    Have you checked your spam/junk folders? because I promise you, if @Jace Nuzback says he emailed you, he did.

    Maybe you could connect through the PM system here on the board...?
