    Guys,
    I've updated the factory presets for the AFB.
    If you'd like to try them I've uploaded the 9 presets and a backup file
    so you can just load everything at once.
    The backup file is zipped, so you'll need to unzip it before you try to restore with it.
    Start with all the tone knobs at noon and adjust to taste.

    Same amp models. Some of the CABs are different.
    Presets are dialed in completely different.
    Some of these use the Plate reverb that wasn't
    available when the original presets were created.

    These are fantastic. If the AFB shipped with these presets instead of the originals, I might not have ever opened the editor! I really appreciate the "set everything at noon" to begin. Saves a lot of time!

    Great settings, Jace. Appreciate your hard work and generosity.

    These are excellent, Jace! Much more like having 9 amps and simply being able to to tailor only with the 'on amp' controls to get what you want, quickly. Thanks.

    Do you have any settings for the SV Tee bass amp. Again, I'm struggling a little to get it dialed in as I'd like.

    I just received my new AFB yesterday and immediately downloaded the editor software and successfully loaded the newest firmware onto the AFB. A couple of questions:

    1. Does my AFB have these new factory presets, or older ones?

    2. If the answer to the first question is "older ones," please read on. After updating the firmware, I adjusted preset 1 (the Deluxe) to my liking with the editor software, getting a preset I really like; I exported it for safety onto my computer. Would loading your new factory presets into my AFB take away my preset, and if so, if I loaded my preset back into the AFB, would my preset now sound different because of a change in cab? Would loading my preset back in delete your newer cab?

    It has the older ones.

    You can load the presets one at a time, thus you can put them in any of the 9 locations you wish.
    This way you don't replace the preset you've made. If you use the RESTORE file, then it will erase
    all current presets and replace them with the new ones.
    Presets contain the CAB IR, so if you ever reload your preset it will contain the CAB IR as well.
    Yes, loading your preset will delete the new CAB IR.

    Thanks, Jace. Is there a way I can load only the new CAB IR into my AFB? I would like to try the preset I put together with everything else intact, but A/B the new cab IR against the old one. I believe the CAB IR I'm using right now is the 59 Bassman, which seemed to be the default on factory preset 1. If there's an option to load more than one new IR, I'd be interested - I go for clean tones with an open back cabinet sound, and get all my effects from pedals.

    You can download all of the factory CAB IR files here:
    https://atomicamps.com/atomic-amps-support/#ampli-firebox
    The file is FACTORY AMPS & CABINET IRS.
    This gets a bit confusing because the file names are different.
    The original CAB IR files that were used had their names changed
    so that when you selected a "matched" cab it would show the same
    name as the amp. Many of the amp models actually use the same CAB IR.
    Here's how the list breaks down:

    Twindeluxess=59 Bassman
    V30modern=5051
    gbextra=Brit 800
    Twindeluxess=D Luxe
    TAF_MAN_3=Freedman BE
    TAF_MAN_3=Freedman HBE
    gbss=Hot Brit
    V30modern=Kornfield
    marcivownhammer=Mark IV Lead
    marcivownhammer=Marc IV EQ
    gbss=Plexi
    V30modern=Recto
    S 4x12 G65=Rumble Brite
    S 4x12 G65=Rumble
    V30modern=SLO
    Voxvintage=Top Boost
    Twindeluxess=US Clean
    gbss=Power 6L6
    gbss=Power EL34
    gbss=Power EL84
    gbss=Power KT88

    Updating all presets for the 6 and 12 might be a fun project for Jace! Hahaha!

    I actually started doing that at one point, but stopped.
    Once I made my Stage Volume presets made with the CLR
    I figured that was enough!

    I think you should finish the project Jace, or at-least replace the defaults with presets you have made for software version 6+. A lot of the older presets made with prior software aren’t very good and don’t show off the unit very well to the new owner. At a minimum, fix the reverb levels!
