Keep the current effects with lots of params, just add some simpler versions that have fewer knobs and need less tweaking.

When it comes to effects, you take an effect that will usually have just a handful of controls and instead of duplicating that, you set it up with dozens of parameters to control. Please take a leaf out of your own book. Great effects pedals don't need endless parameters to create great effects so why do you insist on making it needlessly complicated when you thankfully don't take that approach with amps?

I think it would help if the documentation better explained all the effect settings AND provided some example settings for each of the effects that mimic some of their known real-life counterparts.
For some time I also wished to have simpler effects, but this way you really get the best of both options.
Could be a community effort to find out and document the effect settings to get the sound of some of the great pedals out there.

Yes, the concept is that the plethora of controls in the modulation section enables you to mimic any pedal - but i have no idea how. It would be great if Atomic could provide settings that mimic a range of classic modulation pedals.

There are a number of FX Preset posts on this forum from @Jace Nuzback: Do any of them help?

Agreed. While I can see the possible attraction to having every single parameter ever conceived for any given effect, there's no reason to have a dozen parameters for, say, a Phase 45/90 (Incidentally, I still have yet to convincingly recreate mine in my AA12 -- I've gotten close, but it really shouldn't have to be as difficult as it is). If a parameter has little or no effect, perhaps it should be greyed out. At least point us in the right direction with certain types/brands of fx -- CE2, Phase 90, Memory Man, etc...
