I can relate to the frustration, but this trolling is not very helpful.

That said, the product more than delivers on the expectations when I bought it. I'd like it to improve, but....

How is that trolling? 1)I hear from some users that say the staff does not follow up very well.2) He paid good money for it and he's entitled to ask

He paid for the product he has including the version of software that was current at that time. Updates and new features were not promised prior to purchase or at anytime other than right before they are released.

LOL - after 1 year of complete radio silence, Atomic reappears - but only to claim they are not dead. I will believe that when new system software is released. Or a new product. Amplifire might have the best sounding modelling, but the interface is shocking compared to its competitors, and its competitors release regular updates that add to the base product. IMO Atomic have given up even trying :(

Sorry you feel that way. Atomic staff post on this forum regularly. We are also present on our company Facebook page, a couple of FB user groups, forums and vigorously monitor and answer questions and issues that come in via our ticket based support system.

Started using this handle again a few weeks ago for testing since we're getting ready to do some updates here to the forum. We've been working hard behind the scenes and will start shipping CLRs again in a few days, BassBox in a couple of weeks (production is complete and we're in final testing) and working on some AmpliFIRE updates as well as new products. The AmpliFIRE line has been out for several years now and has had many updates including new models, effects, features, editor updates, etc. The hardware interface is what is it is - we can't field update it. We can only do that with new products which we've been working hard on. We certainly haven't given up.

I'm generally more relaxed about updates than most people as far as I can tell. I don't need more amps, I don't want huge changes to the effects and I can use the editor just fine so if we go more than a nanosecond without an update, I'm still perfectly happy. Having said that, there are some things I would like to see:

    1) A way of leveling presets so they are all at the same volume.
    2) Improved amp models are always good but let's face it, they're generally very good anyway.
    3) Simplified controls for the effects.
    4) MUCH better overdrives and distortions in the boost block as well as more options. Atomic is very weak here.
    5) The ability to use two boost blocks in the chain.

    This ^^^^^

I would add that it would be great to get more global options for effect block parameters in the editor - maybe even a global "editor" such that if someone wanted to apply a particular set of settings for different blocks, they could do that by choosing from a menu of blocks "globally". That's a pretty big software coding effort, though.

On a small scale, I'd love to get the tuner function assigned a midi CC (as discussed on the other thread) for both activation and deactivation. It would be great to activate the tuner from a midi controller (even if the display remains just on the unit itself). For something like the MC6, as just one example, a long press could be assigned the tuner "on" CC and a double press could be assigned the tuner "off" message. Copying that across the bank would allow almost any button the tuner functionality without disrupting normal "press" actions. Would allow tons of flexibility for footswitch options on both the controller and AA unit.

Would love to see a Rotary effect, being able to choose what effects to load into the blocks (ie 2 or more drives), improved midi functionality and better interaction with the editor

    I don't want to troll
and I'm not doing this, I just want to know if the company will continue to support its products with an update.
Calling me a troll is not nice.
Because I use Atomic all the time and I like company very much
and I wanted to know what to do next because there are updates very recently, the competition has a lot of them
But in my opinion this is equal to Atomic
    I'm cute and I'm not a troll ...

There is nothing wrong with wondering if the company is going to continue with updating your gear. The website stated that they will be updated regularly. Regularly normally doesn't mean annually.
